How we use it
We use this information only to review your enquiry, reply to you, discuss a possible project and maintain necessary correspondence.
Form delivery
Enquiries are delivered through Web3Forms, a third-party form service. Web3Forms processes the submitted information to deliver it to Blue Amber Studio. Its own privacy terms also apply to that processing.

When an authorised artist connects TikTok, we receive the TikTok account identifier, display name, avatar and the permissions and access tokens needed for the selected workflow. We do not receive or store the artist’s TikTok password.
TikTok draft transfers
We use connected TikTok information only to identify the selected account, transfer media the artist or authorised administrator has approved as a TikTok draft, and check whether TikTok delivered that draft. TikTok receives the approved media and supported post information only when the transfer is requested. Publication is completed inside TikTok.
Connected YouTube channels
When an authorised artist connects YouTube, we receive the channel identifier, channel name, channel image, granted permissions and access and refresh tokens needed to identify that channel and manage approved video uploads. We do not receive or store the artist’s Google password.
YouTube uploads and scheduling
We use connected YouTube information only to identify the selected channel, upload an approved video with its title and description, set the requested private or scheduled publication state, and check the resulting video status. Google receives this information only when an authorised administrator requests the workflow.
Google API data use
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, profiling or sale.

TikTok and Google access and refresh tokens are encrypted and retained only while the connection or related administration is needed. We do not sell personal information. We share connected-account data and approved media only with the selected platform for the requested workflow, with services needed to operate the website, or when required by law.
Language preference and external links
This site stores your English or Chinese preference on your device. Links to music and social platforms lead to external services with their own privacy practices.
Your choices
You may disconnect or revoke a connected TikTok or YouTube account and may ask us to access, correct or delete information you submitted, subject to information we must retain for legal or administrative reasons. Revoking access stops future transfers but does not remove media already sent to a platform. Google access can also be revoked from your Google Account security settings.
