Using this website

By accessing this website or sending an enquiry, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or its connected services.

Creative enquiries and projects

An enquiry does not create a client relationship or require Blue Amber Studio to accept a project. Project scope, fees, timelines, revisions, approvals, credits, licensing and delivery terms are confirmed separately in writing before paid work begins.

Your materials and permissions

You must have the right to share any lyrics, recordings, images, names, likenesses, trademarks, account access or other materials you provide. You remain responsible for obtaining permissions from collaborators and other rights holders.

Creative work and intellectual property

Blue Amber Studio retains ownership of its website, brand, working methods and pre-existing materials. Ownership or licensing of commissioned deliverables is determined by the written project agreement. Website content may not be copied, republished or commercially used without permission.

AI-assisted tools

Selected music, image, video and administrative workflows may use AI-assisted tools under human creative direction. Specific use, disclosure and approval requirements can be agreed for each project. Third-party tools may apply their own terms and technical limits.

Connected social platforms

If you connect a social account, you authorise the requested account permissions only for the workflow shown to you. Draft uploads still require review and publication inside the relevant platform unless the Admin clearly identifies an automatic publishing option. You may disconnect an account, and platform rules continue to apply.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful or harmful material, impersonate another person, or use connected features to publish content without the necessary authority.

Third-party services and links

The website may use or link to services such as Web3Forms, music platforms and social networks. Blue Amber Studio does not control their availability, content, security or policies. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

Availability and warranties

The website and its connected features are provided on an as-available basis. We aim to keep information accurate and services reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, platform approval, publication timing, audience reach or a particular creative or commercial outcome.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, Blue Amber Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website, third-party platforms or materials supplied without proper rights. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
